HR Manager - FMCG (6-8 yrs)

Urgent opening in a leading Cosmetic (FMCG) company for the following position :-

Manager HR

Exp Req : 6-8 years from a reputed B-School.

Male candidate only.

Reports to Director HR

Industry : FMCG or Consumer Durable

Role - This is a key HR position and the role holder will lead the Business partner role, Talent Acquisition, Responsible for Training Need Analysis & Development, Performance Management System and Engagement Initiatives.

Scope of Responsibility:

Business partner – Sales, Marketing & Finance:

- Act as single point of contact

- Working In partnership with the business, developing organisational capability to deliver business growth

- Understanding the business needs, aligning HR strategies to achieve bottom line impact as a result of HR interventions through following activities:

1. To handle Hiring and On boarding

2. Implement the talent strategy: Working with the Function heads to understand the talent agenda & review bench strength for the function. Drive the implementation of the talent strategy & support succession & development plans.

3. Communicate, drive & audit the performance management process to ensure it is effective.

4. Identify training needs/gaps

5. Support client group leadership teams with achieving higher levels of employee engagement

6. Effectively handle exits

Performance Management Process:

- Ensuring timely Objective setting for all India associates, mid year review completion, timely annual reviews in line with Global calendar, implementation of salary review and closure of annual PMP Process

Employee Development:

- Conduct a capability gaps analysis for Avon India, Prepare a Development plan and execute as per the timelines. Responsible for managing Career Development planning exercise for all employees and link their personal development plans with the overall Development Plan.

Employee Engagement– HR Lead for country for enhancing employee engagement, responsible for coordination of surveys, analysis of results, preparing action plans and monitoring the implementation of plans.
