- Should have at minimum of 5+ years of experience in core HR.
- Should have Excellent communication skills.
- Responsible for all the processes related to the complete employee lifecycle - onboarding, benefit, administration, performance review, succession planning, offboarding & settlement process.
- Design, implement and optimize HR programs and policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Partner closely with the senior management to identify current and future talent needs, create employee engagement programs, and implement policies to maximize retention.
- Participate in developing and executing strategies for performance evaluation, training and development.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and take ownership for all compliance needs related to HR.
- Handle employee grievances and violations of company policies, procedures, and rules.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress to closure.
- Prepare and present for the Company wide MIS which includes reporting the Monthly Manpower Numbers, Attrition Analysis and various other MIS
- Prepare and present reports as needed by the management.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition program.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Should have the knowledge in any HRMS tool.
- Should have the knowledge in ISO &ISMS for HR process.
