- Handling end to end activities of an HR

- Taking care of complete life cycle of employees relations

- Handling employee grievances

- Handling employee initiated and organization initiated transfers

- Handling of cases pertaining to Gender Neutral Policy and queries pertaining to performance management system.

- Issuing termination letter and warning letter to employees.

- Conducting communication meets with employees in different regions.

- Attending/Participating in Review meets.

- Monitoring of Medical cases.
