The purpose of this role is to anchor the D&I agenda for the organization by driving multiple D&I initiatives to drive representation, engagement, and development related D&I goals for the organization.
Engagement:
- Design and drive execution of multiple engagement initiatives for women employees.
- Identify gaps and issues wherever they exist and find individualized and systemic solutions to solve for those
Representation:
- Devise strategies for increasing representation of diverse workforce. Collaborate with campus and Talent Acquisition team to devise and implement specific programmes to increase the representation of women employees in Renew.
- Monitor and track through relevant dashboard and information flow to relevant stakeholders
Enablement:
- Design company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace, address all kinds of harassment and protect minority groups and women
- Build programmes to train hiring managers and HR team on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees
Compliance:
Work with the compliance/ legal team to ensure compliance with applicable statutes like POSH and others
The eligible candidate must:
- Come with 4-8 years of experience in a HR consulting space with a keenness to grow in the D&I space
- Be a strong communicator and interpersonal skills
