Position : Manager-HR (Comp & Ben, Talent Management, Campus & Performance Management) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Managing People Processes in the following areas:
a) Compensation & Benefits:
- Design compensation structure based on applicable laws, industry best practices, business goals and strategy,
- Participate in compensation survey to get market benchmarks
- Conduct periodic audits on internal compensation parity, prepare and present reports
- Manage Annual Compensation Review cycles
b) Performance Management:
- Creating guidelines and monitoring timelines for successful execution of Annual Performance Review process
- Recommending enhancements to the Performance Review Process based on the feedback from stakeholders
c) Talent Management:
- Creating guidelines and monitoring the successful execution of the People Review Process.
- Providing support to Business Partners for People Review Process
- Ensuring the inputs / development plans from the People Review Process are implemented in Local and Global systems
- Recommending enhancements based on the feedback from the stakeholders
d) Campus Relationships:
- Conducting Campus Recruitment drives for recruiting HR Trainees
e) Employer Brand Management:
- Co-ordinating the Top Employer's survey participation
- Responsible for Well being initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 6-8 yrs of experience
- Prior experience in above People practices and knowledge of best practices
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
- Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
- HR Process Orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence
- Continuous improvement oriented
