HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (2-5 yrs)
The purpose of the role is to support the DGM HR in managing payroll and compensation at the group level. Support in other areas of compensation & benefits and maintaining compliance and MIS.
We are looking for the experienced person in research and formulating Compensation Structure, Should have reports on Market standard. Should be known to Incentive system set up from scratch.
- Support in generating Salary survey
- Support in designing employee benefits - long term and short terms
- Designing compensation structures
- Salary benchmarking
- Employee retention program
Payroll is outsourced:
- Coordination with the factories for Payroll data
- Monthly payroll for the Group - 3000 employees
- Coordination with Payroll outsourcing vendor for payroll processing
- Form 16 and investment experience
- Supervision on F&F settlements and payments
- Monthly MIS preparation for Management's review
- Up-to-date knowledge of PF and regulations
