Candidates with good pedigree and consulting background with 4-5 years of experience
They should have worked in change management projects across various domains of HR
Focus on analyzing the important factors of change & suggesting solutions mainly driving the below:
- Engaging the organization & enabling leadership during a change effort
- Reviewing communication plans to ensure effective messaging and appropriate platforms for delivery
- Effectively managing stakeholder segmentation & engagement
- Diagnostic survey design, launch and sharing analysis of the results with the case teams and providing potential interventions to the case team to any bridge gap
- Maintaining database of survey results and constantly updating data in the repository for benchmarking purpose.
