We are looking for a driven campus recruiter to source and attract talented students for our company. You will be required to identify and define hiring needs, source talented candidates through events and advertising campaigns, interview potential candidates, and monitor newly recruited employees and interns.
Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with business managers, institutes, young talents and alumni students.
- Effectively manage, prioritize workload, and close the freshers hiring needs
- Collaborate & partner with the hiring managers or institutes to coordinate for on/off-campus interviews, events or internship hiring activities.
- Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
- Facilitate & Coordinate candidate online assessments, interviews, offer Initiation, BGV and Onboarding Processes
- Report on recruiting metrics after every campus event using Excel reports or through Ramco tool (enablement in progress) or other appropriate tools
- Research and gather market intelligence through institutes, portals/vendors and work with Campus Manager to come up with campus strategies and support implementation
- Be part of the university engagement activities with identified colleges/institutes.
