Roles and responsibilities
- Partnering & consulting with Business on Performance Management process & system. Assist business in maintaining uniformity across the Chennai group.
- Design & implement various employee engagement strategies across all levels.
- Analyzing performance, potential & development areas of people managers & recommend appropriate Talent Review program.
- Recommend & assist business in finding the right talents for talent management program.
- Plan & executive different kinds of talent management & retention strategy for the site.
- Assist business in identifying & building succession & competency planning.
- Custodian to regulate all policies & values related matters across Chennai site.
- Counsel business in using the rewards system judiciary & help them to maintain their budgets.
- Manage recruitment function for entire group for Chennai site across all levels.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their requirements & work with the team for the closer.
- Administer & guide the team in conducting HR Interviews, Salary Negotiations & Fitment, Pre/Post hiring checks and Onboarding process.
- Proactively working with Business to facilitate all IJP & Rack movements.
- Help the team to follow all the staffing administrative process on the E-recruitment tool to smoothen the hiring process.
- Helping Business in examining, planning & deciding compensation & benefits for specific processes.
