Experience:

- Strong HR Business partnering experience in financial services, FMCG sales or services organisations

- Should be extremely action as well strategic oriented

- Should have worked in an MNC matrix environment to understand working with multiple stakeholders.

Those already located in Mumbai will have an advantage.
