- Responsible for HR interventions/OD initiatives
- Performance Counselling of Corporate resources
- Employee Engagement
- Compensation revision
- Competency Profile required
- Meeting Recruitment cycle time & Recruitment cost
- Talent search,Recruitment and retention and development.
- Tapping Human potential
- HR initiative - Cultural Change, Quality & Cost consciousness and customer orientation.
