HR 1997- 2003 Batches - Tier I HR Inst Full Time HR Degree is a must
- Scope of Role includes handling ER , Rewards , PMS ,Talent Mgt & OD
- Partners with line leaders to grow diverse leadership and talent pipeline
- Play an active facilitation role in Employee Engagement initiatives including Diversity and Inclusion agenda
- Provides guidance to management on Human Resources issues.
- As part of Franchise Leadership team, play an active role in shaping the business agenda.
- Profiles from Manufacturing or any sector of the Industry with Strong commercial acumen, ethics, values, people centric and excellent @ networking ,be able to engage with Business leaders and employees at same levels of communication in an attempt to boost productivity and work driven rewarding culture within and outside the org will be preferred .
- Ideal Candidate should have a stable and smooth career span of 3-4 years or more within an existing or past organizations he/she has worked with .
- Should have excellent leadership, Influential, Facilitation and communication skills and also team management exposure with competencies like
