Looking for a HR Leader with capability to Lead all HR Corporate Centre of Excellence initiatives. This role will Head the HR COE. The incumbent will be required to provide leadership to the entity of the group on Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Connect and Grievance Management, People Practices and Policies, Engagement Initiatives, Attrition Management and Retention, HR Analytics. - Heading / Leading the Consultants in Partnering with business on workforce planning and skill assessment - Creating talent management strategies to align with short and long term strategic plan - Lead the annual performance and review, post review, promotion, grade correction and confirmation processes - Revisit the compensation philosophy and various related schemes to match the evolving need of the organization - Pro-actively retain Key Talent by ensuring market leading pay in line with individuals role and potential - Handling Data Integrity, Non Compliance with Policies, Issues - Partnering with leadership to resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective and thorough investigations - Partnering with line to Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures - Advising business on compensation matrix to ensure top talent is retained and rewarded - Supporting Business leads in addressing non- performance - Succession and career planning to ensure a ready talent pipeline for all Middle and Senior roles - Supporting business in institutionalizing various employee engagement initiatives - Actively supporting Leadership Team to chalk out engagement frameworks for their team - Working with teams to identify training needs and helping L&D team with inputs - Working closely with management and employees for improving work relationships, building morale and increasing productivity - Partnering with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential - Responsible for developing actionable analytics using technology and statistical measures for the use of Human Capital team and BUs. Accountable for ensuring and managing development and production of monthly and quarterly dashboards circulated to top management of the organization to facilitate effective business decision making
