HR Leader - Bank (9-17 yrs)
We are looking at a HR Leader for one of our Indian Banking client (Analytics team )who will be responsible for the following:
- Manage end to end Employee experience of the Analytics team.
- Create the strategy of hiring, onboarding, retaining and growing existing team members.
- Setup and Manage the R&R framework
- Own/Drive the performance management and EOY compensation benchmarking process while working with COE and leadership
- Drive Organization Development and Career intervention for team members thus being the employer of choice.
- Encourage the culture of learning and set the complete framework of learning and development.
- Devise various development initiatives for leadership and people managers thus enabling them for future journey
- PG/MBA in HR.
- 9 + Years of experience in Hiring, L&D or HR functions thus driving the team.
- Have explored/supported technology/analytics teams in the past.
- Ability to experiment with zeal and rigor thus putting people at the centre of the whole strategy.
