HR Lead - Teacher Enablement/Online Education Domain - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a HR-LEAD TEACHER ENABLEMENT based in India for our client, a startup based out of USA in Online Coding Education for transforming their talented, intellectually curious and engaging Teachers team across India . In this role you will collaborate with amazing colleagues to solve challenging problems and have a great impact on a building our curious, creative, coders.
Preferred candidates from TIER 1 MBA with experience in teacher recruitment for companies like Toppr , Byju's, Vedantu, Whitehatjr , Camp K12 , Doubtnut , Next Education
What you will do
- Recruitment & On boarding. Define Processes, tooling for online work environment
- Conduct On boarding, Processes, Culture and Soft skill Training for Teachers for effective online learning
- Identify soft skill training & upskilling define the working with experts and implement them.
- Work with operations and quality teams to measure success, feedback and build a 360 degrees feedback review
- Chief advocate for training and upskilling investment to continuously improve quality and delivery
- Report directly to Senior Leadership
- Working from home along with teams across globe.
What we are looking for
- Experienced working as HR in modern online education domain, with 2-6 year experience
- MBA in HR from a premier institute
- Comfortable with technology with experience in recruitment of teachers for online environment
- Experience building guidelines, processes and procedures, Ability to implement processes and procedures in a modern online workspace
- Effective Training and interpersonal skills to create a transformational change
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Believe in the importance of Teacher for impactful education of young minds
Location - Flexible, work from home
