HR Lead - Talent Management & HR Business Partner - Healthcare (8-12 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible for a 'T' profile wherein he/she will be managing the business partnering responsible for the allocated business vertical as well and leading the pan-organization talent management agenda. He/she will be responsible for managing the following responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end business partnering-related initiatives for the allocated business unit including new hire onboarding, conducting employee pulse surveys and accordingly creating interventions to manage pain points and ensure suitable career management for the associates.
- Conduct comprehensive competency mapping exercises to identify key skills, abilities, and traits required for success across various roles within the organization.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees, developing personalized development plans to accelerate their growth within the company.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement robust succession planning strategies that ensure the availability of qualified internal candidates for critical roles.
- Drive the end-to-end talent development process, including designing and delivering impactful training and development programs that enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
- Champion career development initiatives that enable employees to take ownership of their growth paths, aligning their aspirations with the organization's goals.
The ideal candidate should:
- Come with 8-10 years of post-MBA experience in a blended profile of talent management and business.
- Carry a robust understanding of the why-what-how of the talent management function and should come across as a subject matter expert for talent identification, talent development, creating competency mapping framework, and succession planning
- Come with a full-time MBA from an institute of repute
- Have worked with sales organizations known for their people practices
