Our client is a fast-growing FMCG start-up based in Delhi.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire gamut of HR and to provide strategic guidance to drive growth, excellence and development
- Partner with founders and the business to understand the business strategy and develop the HR strategy, policies and systems accordingly
- Be the face of HR and build confidence and credibility for the function and add value to business
- Set up and establish an HR delivery model that will support the growth and development of the business, in line with the company's vision, values and culture
- Design, monitor and review sustainable HR frameworks and talent programs (across TA, PMS, C&B, L&D, HR Ops) to create a high performing culture
- Design, lead and conduct formal appraisals across the organization
- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention
- Ensure a high degree of compliance at an organizational level on people related matters
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of strong HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing organization
- PG/ MBA from a Tier 1 B-School is preferred, but not essential
- Should have worked in a young start-up or an FMCG firm
- High levels of energy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
