KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with Business Unit Heads and understand the future forecast and hiring requirements of the organization.
- Implementation of Talent Acquisition policy processes for creating effective and efficient hiring model.
- Consult with business and functional leaders to define competencies for specific roles
- Partner with Business Unit Heads to develop and execute strategic, tactical recruitment plans in line with company strategies and objectives.
- Control the recruitment budget, channel mix for recruitment expenses and vendor management
- Experienced corporate recruiter in building global recruiting strategies that includes passive and active sourcing, employee referral program and social media components. Managing Vendors along with strong knowledge & experience using various assessment tools
- To establish scalable and consistent processes, practices and recruiting dashboard to monitor and improve the performance of the Recruiting Team
