Key Role:

Head the Corporate HR. Talent acquisition across all levels at Corporate and Plants, HR Policy Design, Compensation & Benefits, PMS, Trainings & OD

Job Description:

Organisational Design and Development

- Analysing the mission of the organisation, its strategic objectives and direction and accordingly define business processes leading to the achievement of these results.

- Developing organisational structure; defining roles that ensure the efficient and effective implementation of business processes in line with objectives.

Recruitment & Resourcing

- Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

- Planning human resource requirements, working out remuneration policies in consultation with functional & operational heads and conducting selection interviews.

Learning & Development

- Identifying training needs and formulating programs for all trainees & implementing revised training policies for effectiveness.

- Customizing training programs & administrative activities based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills and efficiency.

- Meeting demand for high-quality training that can be developed cost effectively, updated quickly and delivered efficiently.

- Designing interventions & activities to improve knowledge and skills in organisations.

Performance Management

- Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.

- Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.

HR Policies

- Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.

- Developing and implementing compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organisation at all levels.

- Counseling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction & development activities.

- Statutory Compliances.

Experience: Minimum 17+ yrs. Experience in Power / Steel / Aluminium / Minerals / Oil & Gas / Energy / Infrastructure sector. Prior corporate experience preferred. Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition & Management, HR Policy Design, C&B, Trainings & OD.

Qualification: PG in HR.
