About Client: Our client is a renowned &amp; well established organization and is a market leader in its operating industry. It is a large organization with a pan India presence and large employee base (5000+) with a huge number of offices and Factories across the country. Job Role: The person would be supporting the Head of Personnel in managing multiple Plants / Factories based in Western India, gradually would indulge in handling the entire Pan India. He would be handling a large headcount and ensure employee relation activities by maintaining statutory &amp; regulatory compliance. The major attributes are: - Implement strategic initiatives and policy matters. - Ideate on new structures, processes optimal utilization of OS Manpower and ensure insulate the company from statutory risks. - Advice locational SPOC's on legal, statutory and compliance matters under varied labor statutes. - Analyze and suggest modifications to compensation and benefits policies. - Liaison with statutory authorities, trade union leaders and other stakeholders, negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts. - Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. - Study legislation, arbitration decisions, collective bargaining contracts, organization structuring by competitors to assess industry trends. - Define Statutory Audit scope, Schedules, Audit plan. Desired Skills and expertise: - Must have over 16 years of experience and minimum 5 - 7 years in managing Industrial Relations function in a large manufacturing setup. - Must have handled multiple plants in diverse geographies. - Must have extensively liaison with Govt. officials and statutory bodies. - Must have strong experience of handling unionized culture.
