- Accountable for HR, Personnel, I.R. and Administration activities of the organisation.

- Handle the entire gamut of HR, from Entry to Exit of the Employees in the organisation.

- Develop & Implement an HR Strategy in line with the Business Strategy of the organisation.

- Formulation & Implementation of HR Policies & Procedures.

- Compensation & Benefits ( Salary & Wages administration ).

- Training & Development, Performance Management.

- Handle Industrial Relations, dealing with Union, Union Settlement, Disciplinary Issues, Labour Court matters and
other legal matters.

- Statutory Compliances and Legal Compliances.

- Liasoning with Government departments

- General Administration

- Dealing with Service Contractors.

MBA-HR / MSW with 10-15 years of experience

Age: Around 45 years

Salary: Rs.10 L pa
