Roles and Responsibilities : The Head, HR will be the custodian of the people agenda at the company and champion a positive culture at the company. The incumbent will need to build processes and systems and also drive them. Culture and Engagement : - Lead the engagement agenda of the organization - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies and solutions and be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch Talent &amp; Performance Management : - Lead the implementation &amp; change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place - Understanding of all HR policies and compliances and track operationalization - End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit - Design roles, define performance expectations and career paths for all levels in the org Talent Acquisition : - Lead a team of recruiters and build strong candidate pipeline for all positions/key roles - Create campus relations and drive campus hiring strategy for the company - Ability to attract and hire talent across levels - can pitch, convert and negotiate salary Strategic Orientation - Knowledge of Workforce planning, budgeting based on good understanding of business plan - Should have ability to setup offices in other countries with good understanding of local needs
