- Reporting into CHRO, your responsibilities would include the following: - Providing complete support to Corporate HR Head in Compensation & Benefits processes like salary, incentive and benefits planning for entire organization - Setting up the entire delivery framework for C&B, including Standard Operating Procedures and Process Guidelines. - Managing Executive Compensation Programs - Bench marking Fixed Annual Increases; Annual Bonus and Stock Option Schemes - Implementation of Redesigned PMS Process - Quarterly Reviews, Competency based evaluation, Multi-rater feedback, etc - Partnering with Business HR and Senior Leaders to design and implement appropriate Short-term and Long-Term Incentive solutions - Executing the Compensation & Benefits Study (including end to end approach). - Benefits review and design to have ensure benefits are inclusive, competitive and sustainable - Educating business/HR and leaders on compensation philosophy, strategy and programs - Providing consultative advice towards salary review proposals, procedures - Collaborating with the HRBP Team in the implementation and execution of total rewards programs - Designing rewards programs utilizing industry best practices and bench-marking data focused on rewarding, retaining and attracting a talented workforce
