- Responsible for Employee engagement .

- Responsible for Organisation development .

- Responsible for Performance Management System.

- Developing out-of-box employee engagement activities for luminous living and strong employee connect. Organizational design and restructuring based on the organization strategy.

- Age Limit should be 42 yrs to 48 Yrs
