HR Head/Chief Human Resource Officer - (IR Experience Must)

About our client :

Our client is one of the leading players in the facility management space and now one of the biggest names in the sector with maximum market share. This is a MNC listed outside India and has formed a JV with an Indian group. Currently they have an employee base of 5500+ people and are looking to recruit a HR Director based out of their Mumbai office to support their growth plans.

Job Description :

Reporting to Regional HRD based out of Singapore and dotted line to India MD you will have a PAN India team of 40 people in the HR function

You will be responsible for :

- Managing the harmonization post the acquisition activity and being responsible for the entire Industrial Relations/IR piece. (unionised workforce)

- Executing global policy and ensuring local and statutory compliances

- Being the SPOC from the regional perspective and ensuring all HR activities are taken care of.

- Helping the organization's integration and ensuring smooth change management.

Ideal Candidate :

Ideally you have 15+ years of experience working in an MNC environment and currently heading the HR function for a reputed brand. You have exposure to IR in your current/last assignment and have handled change management and integration post a M&A activity. You are well versed with local laws and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
