HR Generalist Role - Manufacturing (3-8 yrs)
We're on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist to manage HR programs across the company - everything from onboarding to performance management and compensation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Looking for 4-7 years; Should have experience in entire gamut of HR activities for organizing joining, induction, documentation and onboarding formalities of the recruits.
- Supervise and initiating the Separation (Resignation/Absconding/Termination), Exit interviews and coordinating for the Full and final settlements.
- Maintaining monthly attendance of staff. Sound knowledge of Excel, HRMS and other software for efficient work management.
- Coordinating for corporate events, meetings & festival celebrations etc.
- HR Policies Documentation & Implementation Talent management Learning & development activities
- Employee engagement initiatives, Leadership development activities ,Payroll Management, Salary administration and Employee grievance management
- Maintenance of statutory compliance is an added advantage
Eligibility
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR/Admin Relevant experience of min 4 Years from manufacturing Industry
- Good spoken and written communication skills
