- Cross-functional experience in a broad range of HR function including, on-boarding, induction, employee relations, employee engagement, employee grievance, performance management, employee retention, change management, talent management, and separation.

- Strong work ethic, dedicated to building and strengthening relationships with clients, colleagues, employees, and management

- Exceptional planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills coupled with equally strong capabilities as team member and change driver.
