- Overseeing and supporting recruitment, selection and on-boarding of new personnel.
- Directing and designing policies and various HR forms induction & training, seminars and R&R programme.
- Updating HR calendar with important dates & following up all HR activities.
- Maintaining effective communication channels & relationship with client organizations and other business partners.
- Conducing the travel and accommodation for employees also personal documentation
- Suggest cost benefit by negotiating favorable contracts vendors, recruitment etc.
- Preparation of letter & contract generation of vendors, employee, service agreement.
- Assists in development and improvement of HR procedures, guidelines, employee and management tools.
- Strongly-partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance and other internal partners.
