HR Generalist - Manufacturing Firm

HR( Generalist) for a Manufacturing Company

We are recruiting HR Generalist for our client who are a Large Indian conglomerate. We will prefer candidates willing to work in Manufacturing industry environment and preferably with MBA in HR.

Responsibilities :

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

- Undertake tasks around performance management

- Oversee all aspects of human resources for the Company including, but not limited to team member relations, onboarding, retention, training and development, employment law, performance management and evaluations, benefits and payroll

- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education and onboarding and work assessments

- Maintain employee files and records

Requirements :

- 5+ years of Proven experience as an HR Generalist

- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and people skills & Aptitude in problem-solving

- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
