HR Generalist - IT (2-4 yrs)

We are hiring for a HR Generalist role and we expect this to be one of the most challenging jobs in the team
Like all our team members we expect this person to be "Full Stack" .
You will fit if :
- You love talking to smart people and hiring them for your team whether they are in Tech or sales or marketing.
- You love helping everyone outperform their expectations

- You Solve All kinds of Organisation problems for the team (New Member Onboarding, Engagement, Learning and Training, New Initiatives, Fun, Something Just for Kicks.. you get the drift)
- You love getting people together and having fun on zoom or elsewhere
- You understand that startups are not just about glamour but a place for real innovation, learning, hard work and creating value.
What we are looking for :
- Prior experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- A " Lets make a dent in the world, one day at a time, while we have fun" personality
- Any experience in non Recruitment HR Functions
- Excellent Communication Skills, specially written
- Any Qualification in HR is preferred but not mandatory
- 2+ years of prior experience.
