HR Generalist - IT

Requirements : 

- Full time 2-year MBA HR from Tier 1 -2 colleges (e.g. Wellingkar, MET, NL Dalmia) with min 70% passing track record

- Only male candidates to apply for this position

Role : 

- This is a HR generalist position with emphasis on processes, HR Operations (MIS, HR Policies) and also recruitment. The candidate will be working with DGM HR and coordinating with HR team across locations

- The incumbent will also manage Learning & Development, OD, Inclusion & Diversity projects & also be involved in enrolment for Awards, Create content and presentations for award nominations

- He should have a high orientation for compliance (Process adherence), analytical skills, knowledge of excel & advanced power point / Canva, excellent written communication skills
