Job Description :
- Support HRBP on various key processes including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Change, Succession Planning, and Performance Management, MIS,
- Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the company with regard to employee relations
- Support in formulation and communication of policies, procedures, programs, and laws
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Admin Team, and other COEs and also execute employees engagement surveys and drive actions
- Great Communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be open to relocating to Mohali
