Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Create the job description and other important details for all open positions 2. Lead and coordinate the hiring process end to end 3. Build the onboarding program with the founder ensuring smooth functioning of the individual 4. Build the exit system with the founder ensuring all compliances are met and healthy exit with the company 5. Create and manage employee database 6. Manage the leave policy and management 7. Be the SPOC for all employee related challenges and close it with the management 8.
