KRA's:-
- Support in the manpower planning exercise
- Devise and implement the plan of sourcing and selection of candidates
- Contribute with ground level inputs in the process of defining and reviewing the performance metrics identified at each level
- Manage the employee lifecycle, implementation of Performance Management System
Candidate Requisite:
HR Domain : HR Generalist / Talent Management / Employee Engagement / New policies development, human capital development etc. ( MBA from Tier-1 Management Institute)
