HR Generalist / Business HR
- MBA in HR with 5-8 years in TA, employee engagement and in generalist HR functions.
- Execute recruitment to onboarding lifecycle activities to ensure on-time manpower availability for the BU.
- Lead the implementation of PMS process in respective BU in adherence to the PMS process guidelines.
- Partner in creating & executing Business / Functional training for BU
- Implement engagement activities to create a productive, engaging and rewarding workplace for BU employees.
- Manage critical employee lifecycle activities w.r.t transfer, confirmation, grievance management, disciplinary, etc.
