HR Generalist - BPO/ITeS/Telecom/BFSI (3-7 yrs)
We at Corporate Search a niche boutique headhunting and talent hunt search firm since last 15 years have the follwing requirement with MNC BPO clients in Mumbai.
MBA HR degree with 2 years full time from reputed HR Institute with 3-7 years of relevant experience as an HRBP/Generalist handling 100 + employees with exposure in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, PMS, Learning & Development & HRIS from MNC organizations preferably from service sectors like BFSI, Consulting, Telecom, Bpos, Kpos, ITES, Offshoring HR firms etc will be preferred
- Candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - customer service orientation
- Proven in excellent delivery - passionate with a high drive and closure orientation.
- Extrovert personality learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
- Broad HR Knowledge with experience in applications of HR principles to MNC settings
- Outgoing personality high on learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
- MBA from reputed institutes preferred
