Job Description :

The job entail implementing best HR practises within the organization and in the process on-boarding all stake holders.

Broad skill set would require People & Team Development, HR Business Partnership, HR Transformation, Organization Design & Change Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, System Design, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Assessment & Development, HR Competencies, Capability Building, HR Due Diligence

- Work with the HR Leadership Team to enhance HR Effectiveness and undertake initiatives to improve the same

- Design conduct and implement Talent Review and conduct Talent & Succession Planning Exercise

- Facilitate HR Leadership Team review on defining HR capability priorities in alignment to the People strategy

- Drive and integrate smooth core HR processes for the HR function i.e. talent, HR performance

- Work with L&D to deliver a high quality HR learning curriculum integrated with HR excellence template

- Prepare & Execute Tactical Plans for the sub-functions.

- Change Agent for HR Transformation

- Review Organization Structure, Person to Position Mapping, Manpower Analysis

- Assist in Performance Appraisals of employees including goal setting & reviews

- Carry out Pay Revision process, Variable Payouts ; Review & benchmark policies

- Talent Pool identification, career development, succession planning

- Employee Life Cycle Management Activities

- Plan and implement - Webcasts, Web-chats, HR Portal, Site HR Council, etc

- Preparation of Monthly dashboards & performance analytics

- Review and updation of existing processes

- Minimum 5 years of post MBA experience in an HR operations role.

- Good written and verbal communication skills; negotiation and problem-solving skills a must.

- Proficiency in MS-Office especially Excel & Powerpoint
