HR Generalist - Bank

Client is a well known pvt sector bank.

- To expand its growing HR requirements within Wholesale Banking SBU; it is looking for a HR professional [Mgr/Asst Mgr - based on work experience]

Role specs :

- Strategic Talent Management and end to end sourcing. Developing cost effective, efficient and innovative solutions for recruitments to maximize cost benefits. [70 % of the role]

- Involved in managing comprehensive employee life cycle [apx 1300+ employees] across multiple locations pan India.

- Closely interacting with senior stakeholders across geographies.

- Effectively drive the process of online goal setting and appraisals for the SBU.

- Prepare various HR dashboards and analytics for Management's decision making.

- Initiation & execution of various employee engagement programs

- Manage day to day HR ops.

Candidate specs :

- MBA HR from a well known B school

- Must be Mumbai based only preferably; from Central & South Mumbai area.

- Preferably from Banks or Financial services industry
