Designation: Male HR Finance Lead Work Location : Bangalore Education : MBA or CA or CA Inter Job Type: Full-time Employment (Could be Permanent remote working) Salary : INR 10 LPA - 14 LPA Experience : 5- 7 JOB SUMMARY Position Overview: - The HR Finance Lead is primarily responsible for managing the Payroll for SCompany in India. - Ensures payroll is processed with speed and accuracy. Serves as liaison to employees and with third-party payroll vendors, Corporate Finance, Statutory and Legal to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies. - Audits employee pay records and reconciles totals on a periodic basis. Coordinates third party payroll system implementations and upgrades. Interprets pay policies (e.g.: leave encashment, government regulations, gratuity, withholding implications, etc) and ensures appropriate amounts/ deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly. - Verifies compliances with various payroll laws &amp; regulations like PF, PT, ESIC, etc.; stays current with changes in the law. Need to assist with various audits like statutory audit, SOX, ICOFR, etc. and be able to coordinate with vendors for any other payroll related compliances. Documenting payroll processes and keeping it up to date. - Apart from core payroll knowledge the individual should have exposure to other aspects in accounting and finance: book closure or reporting (FPA) or general ledger or audit or taxation. Responsible for tracking and streamlining the Vendor Payments. Participates in monthly and annual Budgeting activities. Roles and Responsibilities: - Handling independently the complete payroll process. - Timely completion of payroll process. - Reconciling all payroll related accounts on a monthly basis. - Communication with employees about timeliness and changes. - Work with Payroll Vendor and the Corporate Finance team for the smooth functioning of the Payroll and other HR Finance Function. - Drive the monthly budgeting with the Corporate Finance Function. - Ensuring statutory compliance like Taxation, PF, Gratuity, Retiral Benefits, Insurance etc. - Tracking, streamlining and reconciliation of payments to external agencies, such as Resourcing Vendors, Hardware/Software Vendors, etc. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant or CA Intermediate with 4-5 years of experience in Payroll, Finance, and Accounting. - Thorough understanding of Payroll Processes and Procedures, Compliances, Taxation, PF, Gratuity, Benefits, Insurance, etc. - Experience working with third-party Payroll vendors and outsourced Corporate Finance Function. - Familiarity with the application of Internal Controls and Audits. - Proficient with Google Office Tools. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, agencies, etc - Knowledge of Salesforce Application is an added advantage.
