Excellent opportunity for HR(executive/Senior executive-Recruitment, industrial relations, compliance) for a reputed automobile manufacturing company in Greater Noida.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment plans pertaining to permanent & fixed term employed workmen, and apprentices as per the manufacturing plans.
2. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, employment exchanges, Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) etc. to fulfill manpower requirement goals.
3. Develop and track measurable facets of the recruitment and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
4. Among other potential recruitment and hiring measurements, collect data on cost-per-hire, time to hire etc.
5. Preparation of annual as well as quarterly recruitment budget as per inputs from various departments. Ensuring recruitment cost is well within the budgetary provisions.
6. Prepare MIS and maintain feedback forms of Separated Temp/App candidates.
7. Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with various departments.
8. Ensure returns under various labor laws are filed within timeframe defined under various acts/rules.
9. Responding to various notices, inspections (external/internal) and ensuring closure on the gaps.
10. Acting as auditee for external statutory audits and coordinating with various departments for internal audits.
11. Analysis of trends in compliance and devise a corresponding action plan.
12. Tracking changes in labor legislation - collating and assimilating the same in an organization.
13. Coordination with legal counsel in ongoing court cases, collation of required documents for presenting in court, updating the management on the status of same.
Qualifications:-
Masters/Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Human Resource Management; or Master's degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations; or Master of Social Work
Skills:
- Strong communication/presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Follow set guidelines and procedure with no/minimalistic deviation.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Sound knowledge of various statutory laws and practices.
- Hands-on, self-driven and passionate.
- Able to work in an unionized environment.
- Analytical skills
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in labor law compliance team OR/AND experience in industrial recruitment of large industrial setup.
Salary: As per industrial standards.
Pick up and drop facility will be provided by the company.
