This is role is with Saas firm with presences in 30 + locations across countries.
Organization is looking for an HR leader to Drive transformation which can enable them to grow 10X in 3 years time with best people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the organization's strategic/Business goals.
- Performing a market analysis & Identifying the gap between the current capabilities and the needs, which forms the basis of a talent-build (employee development).
- Determining competencies required to attain those goals and formulate the HR strategy to complement the same.
- Benchmarking Human capital Metrics
- Strategizing employer Branding
- Designing, Conducting & sustaining employee assessment, engagement & retention Plans.
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
