One of the Largest Indian Business House with diverse interests across Metals, BFSI, Manufacturing, Renewable s is hiring for an HR Analytics professional for its Mumbai office Digitization Specialist - HR Domain KRA / Accountabilities:&nbsp; - Understand the key HR metrics for the Group through discussions with senior HR executives at Group and Business level - Study global best practices in Digitization and work with Industry experts / consultants to drive Digitization - Work with the HR Tech lead and build multi-dimensional Solutions - Digitizing HR IT systems covering different components - Integration of different HR IT systems at an enterprise scale - Develop visualization of data - Build Digitization capabilities in the HR Organization through discussions, webinars, class-room training, etc. - Evangelize adoption of HR Digitization across the HR Organization through continuous communication, capability building and keeping up with the dynamic requirements of stakeholders.
