HR - Learning + OD
- Looking for Post graduate in HR, education, psychology, sociology, instructional design etc. & Certification in Organization Development with 10-12 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Leadership Development.
- Knowledge of Organization design, Learning implementation, Assessments will be given high priority
Scope of Role
- Construct an assessment based talent strategy for organization effectiveness
- Envision and create an empowered organization through appropriate organization design methods
- Driving effective change in people processes by designing and deploying structured plans for sustenance of learning and change solutions.
- Drive the competency based and career focused culture for a sustainable organization
