- Work closely with HR heads/founders to help make needle movement on eNPS through people practice design & deployment
- Evolve/Build people practice frameworks for the startup ecosystem
- Do Service delivery for the 10x people product (eNPS for startups). Will be involved in founder debriefs, leadership 1:1s & FGDs
- Designing and delivering some key internal people initiatives for xto10x (Eg: PM, eNPS, Rewards etc)
