HR Consultant - Performance Management - KPO (2-5 yrs)
- Performance management (2-3 years of experience)
- Be responsible for running the performance management cycle, and run multiple processes such as 360-degree reviews, biannual check-ins, performance appraisal sessions, skip-level feedback, upward feedback, etc.
- Managing performance management system starting from sensitizing with the updated changes in the system, communicating the timeline, ensuring proper feedback session and audit of ratings.
- High focus on execution
- Will report into a HR leader
- Can be based in Mumbai, Bengaluru or Gurugram (Mumbai preferred)
