Position- HR Consultant -Organisational Development

Client - Leading MNC for Media Internet Company

Location: Gurgaon & China

Note: Role is based out of Beijing China for 1st year (after COVID-19 will be over) after that Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

- Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.

- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.

- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.

- Organize and implement projects of HR department, which includes but not limited to : Talent review and talent development projects. Optimize the rank sequence and rank system according to the internal position of the organization

Requirement :

- 4 or more years of working experience in OD. Have a deep insight into this area.

- Passionate about HR. Have a go-getting mindset, and enjoy pursuing excellence and creating industry-leading best practice

- Experience in large internet companies or MNCs would be preferred. Having medium or large project experiences is a benefit.
