HR Consultant - OD/T&D (4-6 yrs)
- Responsible for devising the culture based HR Strategies, implementing the practices and monitor it towards improving the Operational Excellence on a continuous basis.
- Analyse the training needs of the staffs
- Talent Development, Customized OD Interventions.
- Person from a hardcore retail HR background through out his career and into training.
- Responsible for employee Performance appraisal and management
- Responsible for retaining a highly skilled and motivated workforce by implementing innovative training programs & facilitating it.
- Responsible for performance gap analysis
Compensations : 5000 AED - 6000 AED + Accommodation + Food
- 2 years contract - Dubai location, 1 month paid leave in a year as per the company norms.
