HR Consultant/Freelancer - Manufacturing Firm (2-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Evaluate roles and responsibilities across various designations and verticals, including business, operations, production, and other relevant departments

- Analyze work duties, tasks, and responsibilities associated with different roles and designations to ensure optimal alignment with the company's strategic objectives

- Design and implement a grading structure that accurately reflects job levels, competencies, and career progression opportunities within the organization

- Develop and enhance total reward programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition schemes, to attract, motivate, and retain top talent

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and the latest innovations in the HR space, and provide recommendations for implementing relevant practices within the organization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, the HR department, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives

- Provide guidance and support to line managers and HR teams on HR-related matters, including performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development programs

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and make necessary adjustments based on data-driven insights

- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and training sessions to communicate HR recommendations, initiatives, and progress to key stakeholders

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage

- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role and should be well-versed in the implementation of Hays Methodology

- In-depth knowledge of organizational design, employment strategy development, and job evaluation methodologies

- Familiarity with work analysis techniques and tools for assessing roles and responsibilities

- Strong understanding of grading structures, total reward programs, and industry benchmarks

- Excellent knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in the HR space

- Ability to analyze complex HR challenges, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization

- Proficient in using HR software and systems for data analysis and reporting
