HR Compliance Role - eCommerce (6-8 yrs)
Role which will have 2 or 3 areas. Establishment Compliance including contract labor compliance and payroll compliance.
- Employment laws, clauses regarding notice period and appointments. Retails / Logistics domains.
- Geographical spread is a priority in this role's experience. Eg: Future Group/Spar/Total Mall.

- Work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.
Stakeholder and Project Management Skills :
- Managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once. Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well.
Out of Box Thinking:
- Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost restraints. Demonstrate original thinking in execution of role.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process.
