HR Communication
- The position contributes towards development and execution of HR communication (including messaging,newsletter, and HR pages on the intranet and internet). Managing the HR Connections page and ensure high level of traction and activity around it is also a part of the responsibility.
- The position works in collaboration with Communications to bring the Employer Brand to Life. The position will ensure that the right stories are brought to the newsletter. The responsibility to scout for the stories interview employees (including senior management) rests with the position holder.
The position should also conceptualize themes under which events can be run through the year (e.g. Diversity and events like Women's empowerment, Womens Day, Work life balance).
- Enabling continuous feedback through Employee Surveys both internal and external, is another facet of the role
- The incumbent should create forums which thrive on collaboration and are self-sustainable (e.g. toast masters club, photography club, book review club etc).
- The position is responsible for crafting HR messaging which increases the visibility of the function. (e.g. run periodic campaigns e.g. increase the visibility for the EAP).
